According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), renewable sources accounted for nearly 30% of global electricity generation in 2021, and this share is expected to grow significantly in the coming decades. Yet, the building sector—responsible for 36% of global final energy consumption—remains a major area where transformation is urgently needed. At Auroma Architecture, under the pioneering leadership of Architect Trupti Doshi, we see buildings not merely as structures, but as living systems powered by nature’s intelligence.

Why Renewable & Eco Friendly Energy Matters In Architecture

Integrating eco friendly energy into architectural practice is no longer optional. It’s essential. The climate crisis has underscored the urgent need for construction practices that reduce dependence on fossil fuels, eliminate harmful emissions, and regenerate ecosystems. At Auroma, we go beyond green certifications—we create holistic, responsive spaces where clean environment friendly and renewable energy forms the foundation of every design choice.

Architect Trupti Doshi’s Vision: Buildings That Breathe, Think, And Live

From the Sharanam Convention Centre to the Auroma French Villaments, Architect Trupti Doshi has continuously pioneered the integration of clean energy construction into the soul of her architectural expressions. Her vision draws deeply from nature, combining ancient wisdom with modern engineering. Rather than relying on air conditioners and artificial lighting, her designs maximize passive cooling, daylighting, and energy sources that are environmentally friendly.

Designing With The Sun: The Oldest Source Of Energy

In every Auroma project, solar orientation is meticulously mapped to harness the sun’s energy without overexposing the interiors. Solar photovoltaic panels, solar water heaters, and even solar cookers are subtly integrated into homes and campuses, ensuring residents can live in harmony with sunlight. It’s a celebration of environmentally friendly energy that’s as elegant as it is effective.

Earth, Wind, And Water – Nature As Engineer

Beyond solar, Trupti’s approach explores deeper synergies with Earth’s elements. Wind corridors are mapped to enhance natural ventilation; rainwater harvesting ensures water independence; and unfired earthen blocks are used instead of energy-intensive cement. These methods not only reduce embodied energy but activate buildings with the breath of life—fulfilling the ideal of eco friendly energy at every level.

Passive Cooling: Energy That Costs Nothing

Why cool buildings with machines when you can cool them with design? At Sharanam, vaulted roofs and underground water channels ensure year-round thermal comfort without fans or ACs. Similarly, at the Gratitude EcoVilla—known as India’s first “House of Tomorrow”—every wall, window, and shade is optimized to allow air to move freely, reducing heat buildup. This is clean energy construction in its most poetic form.

The Psychological Impact Of Living In Energy-Positive Spaces

Buildings that breathe tend to breathe life into their occupants. Research confirms that exposure to daylight, natural materials, and well-ventilated environments improves mental clarity, reduces stress, and enhances productivity. Our spaces, powered by renewable energy eco friendly principles, serve as sanctuaries—not boxes.

Technology That Doesn’t Replace Nature—But Respects It

Rather than relying solely on gadgets or external controls, Auroma buildings are “intrinsically smart.” Trupti’s TEDx talks explore how walls, windows, and roofs can function like skin, eyes, or ears—regulating temperature, light, and acoustics through thoughtful materiality and geometry. Every project is a masterclass in energy sources that are environmentally friendly.

Empowering Communities Through Energy

Energy is also a social catalyst. At Sharanam, over 350 unskilled villagers were trained in sustainable techniques—including the use of eco friendly energy systems—creating employment and dignity. Our buildings don’t just shelter life—they ignite it.

Common Materials, Uncommon Wisdom

Lime instead of cement. Timber reclaimed, not felled. Unfired bricks made from excavated pond earth. Every choice reflects Trupti’s devotion to environmentally friendly energy and her larger goal: to make buildings regenerate, not deplete, our world.

From Individual Homes To Cities Of The Future

What begins as a meditation hall or a villa evolves into a community, and ultimately a cityscape that mirrors ecological balance. With projects ranging from rural business incubators to green campuses, Auroma Architecture lays the groundwork for future smart cities—where renewable energy eco friendly flows through every foundation.

To Summarize: Energy Is Not Just A Utility—It’s A Philosophy

At Auroma Architecture, we believe energy is sacred. It is the pulse of every living space we build. Through clean environment friendly and renewable energy, we invite nature into your home—not as an afterthought, but as a co-creator. With Trupti Doshi at the helm, each project becomes a living, breathing extension of the Earth. Let us not ask how much energy our buildings consume—but how much life they generate.
