CHALLENGE

Our project was driven by the twin goals of maximizing usable space and crafting an eye-catching, sustainably aesthetic facade However, we were keen on avoiding heavy reliance on air conditioning, which will be required because of the solar heat gain through the glass facades that are usually a staple of any commercial complex. The focus here was on tackling the challenges associated with a commercial structure.

SOLUTION

Our solution revolved around a design that seamlessly integrated nature with modernity.A biophilic facade, essentially incorporating natural elements into the building's exterior will help manage the amount of glass required for visibility, which was crucial for a commercial space.   To combat heat, we employed techniques to minimize solar insulation through a green screen. This keeps the interior comfortable at most times. Our objective was to strike a balance between a modern and classy look for the structure.

The result is a commercial building that not only looks sleek and contemporary but also prioritizes sustainability and occupant comfort.
